Camp Soup

This recipe was shared with me while we are here in Morocco. It's easy and my kids love it. I'm sure there are many names and ways to fix it, but here's how we do it. We cannot find tomato juice here, so I put in about 1/2 c of tomato paste and about 2 1/2 liters of water to make the juice. Heat thoroughly, and add 2 1/2 packages of taco seasoning. Then I add:

1.5 lbs cooked hamburger
1 package small elbow macaroni (cooked)
1 can of corn

Stir all together and eat!

Chicken Lasagna

3 chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 cans cream chicken soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2-3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
canned milk
Lasagna noodles

Combine soups, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and about 1/2-1 can milk. Add chicken. Alternate in buttered 9x13 pan-noodles, chicken sauce, Motz cheese, noodles sauce, cheese, ect. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
