Rachel Ray's Chicken Cordon Blue Burgers

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 2 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 2 tsp. chicken seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
1. mix together and mold into patties 2. start to fry and when close to done top with warmed shaved ham (lightly fried) and swiss cheese. 4. butter your buns and lightly fry on grill or frying pan upside down.
3. top with sauce
Sauce: djion mustard and mayo (mixed according to tast)

Margo you can use ground pork just ask the butcher.
